About Linda Vonhaugg

Linda began her journey in real estate following a diverse and fulfilling life shaped by her husband’s military career. After marrying, they were stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi, where their two children were born. Although they are now adults, Linda eagerly anticipates the joy of becoming a grandmother in the near future.

The family spent four enriching years at RAF Lakenheath in England, an experience Linda fondly describes as a remarkable chapter in their lives. Upon returning to the United States, they settled in Valdosta, Georgia, where Linda embarked on her real estate career after obtaining her license. During her time in Georgia, she gained valuable insights into both the rental and new construction markets, while also purchasing her first home.

Following their time in Valdosta, Linda's husband was stationed in Korea for a year. Upon his return, they moved to Seymour Johnson AFB, where he completed his 20-year military career. This transition presented its own challenges, as they relocated with two teenagers, a dog, two cats, and three horses. Linda joined Houser Associates Real Estate Inc, which later became Coldwell Banker Advantage. In just over three years, she distinguished herself as one of the top three selling agents.

In pursuit of her entrepreneurial aspirations, Linda established her own firm, Seymour Homes Realty Inc, which she successfully operated for a decade before selling in 2015. She then rejoined the esteemed team at Coldwell Banker Advantage.

A lifelong equestrian, Linda has a deep passion for horses, currently caring for three: Emma, Virgil, and Chip. Her household also includes two Chihuahua dogs, Peanut Butter and Jellie, two goats, Daisy and Duke, four chickens, and three barn cats. When not working, she enjoys camping and riding, cherishing every moment spent with her family, animals, and clients.
