Lindsey, a native of York, Pennsylvania, has a deep-rooted connection to the region's climate, having experienced its winters firsthand. Inspired by her father, a distinguished golfer in the state, she developed an early interest in environmental sciences. After earning a degree in Agronomy from West Virginia University in 2002, Lindsey sought a fresh start in a warmer climate, eager to leave behind the cold for a life filled with sunshine and sand.

She ventured south to Florida, armed with a passion for real estate and a background in golf, despite facing the challenges of entering the market just before the 2007 housing crisis. Lindsey not only navigated this tumultuous period but also saw her business thrive. In 2012, she founded The Fowkes Group, assembling a talented team of real estate professionals dedicated to serving the community she cherishes while balancing her family life as a wife and mother of two daughters.

With nearly two decades of industry experience, Lindsey took a significant step in her career by launching her own RE/MAX franchise, RE/MAX Collective, to better serve the Tampa Bay area.
