About Lisa Baltozer

A Florida native and dedicated Gator supporter, this real estate professional relocated to Gainesville from Vero Beach in 1989 to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Florida. Following her academic journey, she nurtured her creative interests by earning an Associate of Science in Graphic Design Technology from Santa Fe College.

Her real estate career commenced at the age of 20 as a part-time leasing agent. By 26, she had obtained her real estate license, and by 28, she achieved her Broker's license. Over the years, she has cultivated a diverse skill set as a Realtor, leasing professional, and property manager, gaining in-depth knowledge of both student and professional markets. Her experience includes several years with one of Gainesville's leading property management firms, and she currently focuses on sales at Keller Williams.

In addition to her real estate endeavors, she has maintained a successful career in graphic design, creating marketing materials for esteemed organizations such as the University of Florida, Santa Fe College, Marvel Comics Group, 5 Advertising, and Cox Communications, among others.

Her commitment to client satisfaction is evident in her meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. She thrives on challenges, whether it involves devising innovative strategies to secure offers, staging homes effectively, or overseeing renovations to transform properties into ideal living spaces.

A technology enthusiast, she is dedicated to continuous learning and actively supports local charities, including Backpack for Kids, The Children’s Home Society, The Children’s Table, and The Child Advocacy Center.

Her passion for helping clients navigate one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home—drives her professional pursuits. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time at the softball field or basketball court, cheering on her daughter and husband.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Alachua County, Florida, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, and insurance providers use it to put their services directly in front of the agents who close deals every day. PropTech companies rely on it to demo tools to an audience that actually uses them. Recruiters use it to poach top producers. Continuing education providers use it to fill courses before license renewal deadlines hit.

This is not a list for people guessing at their audience. Every contact represents an actively licensed agent with a verified email address. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} agents in the Alachua County database and {{CELL_COUNT}} records that include cell phone numbers, you have enough coverage to run a real campaign — and enough precision to avoid wasting budget on contacts outside your territory.

Why Buy a Alachua County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

This data is sourced directly from the Florida state real estate licensing board, which means you are starting with official, verified records — not scraped directories or aggregated junk. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is refreshed bi-annually. That discipline produces a 96% deliverability guarantee, which is something cheap list vendors cannot offer because they do not do the maintenance work to back it up.

Dr Bill has been in the list business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to clients who come back because the data actually performs. When you compare that track record against a discount provider selling stale exports, the difference shows up immediately in your bounce rates and campaign results.

How to Use This Alachua County Agent List

The most direct use is cold email outreach through a dedicated cold-email platform. Tools like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) are built to handle this kind of campaign compliantly and at scale, with deliverability features that standard newsletter platforms block. You can also use the data for direct mail, SMS or phone outreach using the cell phone numbers, or upload the list to LinkedIn for matched audience targeting to reinforce your message across channels.

Segmenting by broker versus sales agent lets you tailor your pitch — brokers make purchasing decisions for their whole office, while sales agents are often the end user of the product or service you are selling. That segmentation alone can meaningfully improve your response rates compared to sending one generic message to the entire file.

Why Alachua County, Florida Agent Data Matters

Alachua County covers Gainesville, Newberry, Archer, High Springs, and Hawthorne, among other communities. These are distinct markets with different agent populations, and reaching agents in one area with messaging built for another is a common mistake when you buy Alachua County real estate agent email list data from vendors selling only statewide files. Local targeting gets you in front of the right people without paying for contacts you will never convert.

With {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified agents in the county database, you have the volume to test and optimize campaigns at a local level. No other vendor segments this data down to the zip code level within Alachua County, which means you can isolate a single zip, a single city, or the entire county depending on your coverage goals.
