About Lisa Balmes

Lisa Balmes has returned to Oregon after spending 15 years in the Seattle area. As a third-generation licensed RealtorĀ® in both Oregon and Washington, she leverages her expertise in marketing and public relations to enhance the branding efforts of CBP. In addition to her role at CBP, Lisa serves as Vice Chairman of the PMAR PR Committee and is an active member of the PMAR Task Force Committee, the Masters Circle Leadership Team, and various committees within the Home Builders Association, including the Street of Dreams and Ultimate Open House Committees. She is also involved with the Young Professionals of Portland and the Metro Multifamily Housing Association. Notably, the Portland Business Journal recognized her as a runner-up in the 40 Under 40 awards in both 2008 and 2009.

Lisa's professional background includes significant roles with the Portland Trail Blazers, Seattle Seahawks, Nordstrom Corporate, and working with NFL players such as Brian Blades and Sam Adams. She founded Something Special Events (SSE), a full-service event management company, in 1998. Additionally, she serves as the Executive Director of the Brian Blades Foundation in Seattle. Lisa is committed to community service, actively participating with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Washington and leading the annual CBP Race for the Cure 5K Walk team. Furthermore, CBP proudly sponsors the Byrom Elementary School Auction, scheduled for 2012 at the Oregon Golf Club.
