Lisa is a seasoned Realtor with a proven track record of success in the Birmingham and Gadsden real estate markets. She began her career at Prime Realty and Tom Murphy Realty, where she honed her skills over seven years before moving to Gadsden in 2001 due to her husband’s job relocation.

After dedicating several years to being a stay-at-home mother, Lisa transitioned to a role as a Parental Liaison at a local elementary school. In this position, she focused on teaching English as a second language and providing academic support to third and fourth graders struggling with reading and math.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Master’s in Education from Samford University. She has been married to Shawn Day for 26 years, and together they have three children: twin daughters who are both seniors in college—Ella, studying Biology and Pre-Med at Birmingham Southern College, and Savannah, pursuing Nursing at UAB—as well as their son Sam, a freshman baseball player at Shelton State.
