About Lisa Swardenski

**Lisa Donner: Real Estate Professional and Community Advocate**

Lisa Donner is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships with her clients, prioritizing their needs to ensure a seamless real estate experience. With a commitment to understanding each client's unique situation, she serves as a trusted partner throughout the buying and selling process. Lisa derives immense satisfaction from assisting clients in preparing their homes for sale and helping them transition into new spaces. She began her real estate career with Toles Temple & Wright Inc. in 2016.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Lisa spent her formative years in Peoria, Illinois, where her family operated an appliance distributorship. Her childhood memories include visits to her grandparents' Prairie-style home, the Francis W. Little House, designed by the esteemed architect Frank Lloyd Wright. These experiences instilled in her a deep appreciation for fine architecture.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Indiana University, complementing her studies with minors in Sociology and Spanish. Her professional journey began in marketing and sales, where she first encountered the real estate industry while working as support staff for The Knell Group in Peoria. Under the mentorship of local leader Mary Ann Knell, Lisa's interest in real estate solidified, paving the way for her future as a REALTOR in Georgia.

In 1996, Lisa moved to Rome, Georgia, where she worked for two years before choosing to become a stay-at-home mother following the birth of her son. This decision was significant for her, reflecting the values instilled by her own mother. Lisa believes that parenting is the most vital role one can undertake.

After several years in the South, Lisa felt the desire to raise her children near their grandparents in Peoria. This led her to a successful marketing position with a local Northwestern Mutual franchise, where she quickly became an award-winning associate. Despite her time away, she maintained strong connections in Rome, nurturing friendships that would later support her return.

Lisa's five years in Central Illinois provided her with valuable insights and a renewed appreciation for the vibrant community of Rome, a town that balances charm with proximity to larger cities. When the opportunity arose to return, she embraced it, taking on the role of treatment coordinator at Vargo Orthodontics. This position allowed her to reconnect with old friends and establish new relationships.

With a long-standing interest in real estate, Lisa decided to pursue her passion full-time by joining the TTW family as a licensed agent. She has found her true calling in this field.

Having spent nearly two decades in Rome, Lisa proudly considers it her home. She values the town's rich history and vibrant community, viewing it as a hidden gem.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lisa is actively involved in her community, particularly in initiatives aimed at preventing child abuse through education. In her leisure time, she enjoys outdoor activities, live music, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

These verified contacts represent decision-makers who control millions in transaction volume annually and need specialized services, training, and tools to serve their clients effectively.

Unlike generic business directories, this targeted list connects you directly with licensed agents who have purchasing authority and immediate needs for your services. Why Buy a Floyd County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Our Floyd County agent data comes directly from Georgia's state licensing board records, ensuring every contact represents a currently active, licensed professional with verified credentials. We update this list monthly to maintain 96% email deliverability, removing inactive licenses and bounced addresses that plague cheaper alternatives sourced from outdated web scraping or purchased from discount vendors.

While competitors offer stale data with 40-60% deliverability rates, our premium sourcing methodology and monthly refresh cycle guarantee your messages reach real inboxes belonging to working agents. This translates to higher response rates, better lead generation, and lower email reputation damage compared to bargain lists that hurt your sender score with high bounce rates.

How to Use This Floyd County Agent List

Cold-email platforms like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) work perfectly with purchased lists like ours, unlike mainstream platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact which prohibit acquired data. Zap Contact is Dr Bill's purpose-built platform designed specifically for purchased contact lists, offering advanced segmentation and compliance features that maximize deliverability while protecting your sender reputation.

Beyond email campaigns, these verified contacts enable direct mail targeting, phone outreach, and LinkedIn connection strategies. Segment by individual sales agents versus broker-owners to customize your messaging, or combine with our zip code level targeting that no other vendor provides within Floyd County to focus on specific neighborhoods and markets.

Why Floyd County, Georgia Agent Data Matters

Floyd County encompasses Rome, Cave Spring, and surrounding communities where our 486 licensed agents serve diverse residential and commercial markets. This concentrated professional network makes localized outreach significantly more effective than broad statewide campaigns that waste impressions on agents in distant markets who can't refer business or attend local events.

When you buy Floyd County real estate agent email list data at the county level, you're targeting professionals who know each other, work similar price points, and face identical local market challenges. This geographic focus allows for highly relevant messaging about county-specific regulations, local market conditions, and regional business opportunities that resonate far better than generic statewide communications.
