About Lisa Tessler

Lisa, originally from Chicago, is the founding partner of The Tessler Group at RE/MAX Fine Properties. With over a decade of experience as a Realtor in the Valley, she recognized the need for a boutique real estate service that prioritizes personalization, deep community knowledge, and exceptional negotiation skills. Lisa began her career in real estate with a family-owned property management firm, which laid the groundwork for her future endeavors. In 1995, she joined the Southeast Valley Regional Area of REALTORS (SEVRAR) in Mesa, Arizona, as a store manager. During her tenure, she significantly expanded the business from ten vendors to over 270, surpassing all expectations. In 1998, she transitioned to American Home Maintenance, where she established key business relationships with Home Depot. By 2012, Lisa played a pivotal role in securing contracts that generated over $25 million in revenue, expanding operations into five states and achieving Home Depot's largest single transaction to date.

Lisa earned her real estate license in 2004 and has since facilitated a diverse array of transactions, including residential and commercial properties. She also designed and managed the construction of her own luxury home, situated on a mountainside just outside Scottsdale.

Outside of her professional commitments, Lisa is a devoted mother to four children—one daughter and three sons—and collaborates with her husband, Jordy, co-founder and President of Orangutan Home Services. She actively participates in various community support initiatives and foundations associated with her children’s schools. Her volunteer work includes organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club, Phoenix Children's Miracle Network, Susan G. Komen, and the Phoenix Zoo.
