Lisa Wenzel established Wenzel Select Properties Ltd in 2004, drawing on her extensive experience as a Commercial Property Manager for several Fortune 500 investment firms. With over sixteen years in the commercial real estate sector, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the industry.

Before founding her company, Lisa began acquiring rental properties, discovering her passion for assisting families in finding their ideal homes. She has successfully guided numerous first-time homebuyers in their search for the perfect residence. In June 2014, Lisa joined the Board of Directors for the Indian Boundary YMCA and has volunteered with The Little Friends Auction Committee to support children with autism. Additionally, as a former chairperson of the City of Hope’s Real Estate Action Committee (REACH), she contributed to fundraising efforts for pediatric cancer research for over a decade.
