I've called Central Virginia home my entire life so I know this area like the back of my hand I grew up in Ashland the daughter of small business owners learning the value of a strong work ethic servant leadership and community engagement When I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree I began a very successful corporate career and held various project human resource and operations management roles in 2 Fortune 500 companies During my 23 year corporate career I was fortunate to call Henrico County the City of Richmond and Hanover County home

The entrepreneurial bug bit me and in 2019 I took steps to realize my dream of being my own boss Now I get to leverage my passions for helping people and home design as a realtor and I couldn’t be any more grateful I am blessed to be able to partner with my uncle Steve Pace who has been in the real estate business since 2005 That means my clients get the best of both worlds…two full time real estate agents working in their corner! One is a modern agent trained in the latest tools technologies and strategies and the other is an experienced agent who has seen it all!
