Liz Venema is the founder and leader of the Venema Homes Team, based in Pleasanton, California, where she has resided for 38 years. Alongside her husband, she has raised two daughters who have thrived in the highly regarded Pleasanton school system. Her eldest daughter serves as the team’s Transaction Coordinator and Social Media Specialist, while her youngest has recently graduated from the University of San Diego, obtained her real estate license, and joined the family business.

Originally from Walnut Creek, California, Liz was immersed in the real estate world from an early age, thanks to her father, a builder and developer with a real estate license. He instilled in her the value of homeownership, which led Liz to purchase her first home shortly after marrying at 20. By the age of 24, she had acquired her second home and subsequently added two rental properties to her portfolio.

With 35 years of experience in real estate, Liz has built a successful career following her tenure as General Manager for 11 retail stores. This role honed her skills in training, marketing, merchandise management, and sales, providing a seamless transition into real estate. Her keen attention to detail and deep understanding of client needs have been instrumental in her success. Liz’s commitment to listening to her clients and advocating on their behalf has fostered strong relationships across diverse age groups, enabling her to effectively meet their real estate goals.

As a Senior Partner and founding member of the Armario Venema Homes Team, Liz contributed to remarkable sales achievements, including over $93 million in sales in 2019 and an overall sales volume exceeding $500 million, with an average sales price of over $1.4 million. The team earned the Keller Williams Triple Platinum Award for Outstanding Sales and was recognized among the top 1% of real estate teams nationwide. This extensive experience solidified her team’s position as the leading real estate team in Pleasanton and the second in the combined markets of Pleasanton, Dublin, and Livermore. Last year, her team was recognized as the top real estate team at Keller Williams Tri-Valley in terms of volume and sales.

After eight successful years as a Senior Partner, Liz decided to establish her own team, bringing her wealth of experience and proven track record to this new venture. She is passionate about helping clients navigate all aspects of real estate, employing strong negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial transactions.
