Liz Venema is the founder and leader of the Venema Homes Team, based in Pleasanton, California, where she has resided for 38 years. Alongside her husband, she has raised two daughters who have thrived in the highly regarded Pleasanton school system. Her eldest daughter serves as the team’s Transaction Coordinator and Social Media Specialist, while her youngest has recently graduated from the University of San Diego, obtained her real estate license, and joined the family business.

Originally from Walnut Creek, California, Liz was immersed in the real estate world from an early age, thanks to her father, a builder and developer with a real estate license. He instilled in her the value of homeownership, which led Liz to purchase her first home shortly after marrying at 20. By the age of 24, she had acquired her second home and subsequently added two rental properties to her portfolio.

With 35 years of experience in real estate, Liz has built a successful career following her tenure as General Manager for 11 retail stores.
