A graduate of Grants Pass High School in 1966, they earned an Associate Degree from Concordia College in Portland, Oregon, in 1968. Their professional journey began in banking, where they advanced to the position of bank manager, followed by a decade in the insurance industry.

Upon moving to the desert, they obtained their Real Estate License on September 26, 2006. Within five years, they achieved their Broker License on July 5, 2011, and established their own firm, Lola Breeze Broker. The skills and insights gained from their previous careers have proven invaluable in the real estate sector.

In 2015, to enhance their service to the retirement community at Palm Desert Greens, they completed the curriculum for the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. Specializing in the 55+ manufactured home community, they are dedicated to serving their fellow residents in this vibrant retirement setting.
