After completing her education at Warner Christian Academy and earning a degree in Marketing and Advertising from Daytona Beach State College, she relocated to Altamonte Springs with her family. It was here that she discovered her passion for real estate, ultimately becoming a licensed professional.

After gaining experience in Palm Beach County, Lolita returned to Central Florida in 2012, although she cherishes every opportunity to revisit Palm Beach. In 2016, she earned her Real Estate Broker’s license, allowing her to elevate the level of service she provides. She is proud to be affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential of Winter Park, recognized as one of the premier real estate offices in Florida.
