Lon has been a dedicated advocate for buyers and sellers of ranches, farms, and mountain properties in Montana since 1995, and has been involved in investment real estate since 1984. His passion for agricultural land and the outdoors was ignited in the 1970s at California Polytechnic State University, where he cultivated a strong appreciation for the agricultural community and lifestyle. While his love for the land is profound, it is his commitment to helping clients realize their aspirations that motivates him to align his expertise with their goals.

With over thirty years of experience in various aspects of investment real estate, including asset management, lending, and finance, Lon possesses a unique blend of relational skills and real estate knowledge.
