About Loran Johnson

Loran has been a dedicated professional in the real estate sector since earning his degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1984. With a robust background as a mortgage banker spanning 18 years, he became a licensed real estate broker in 1986.

Since 2006, Loran has focused on assisting families in navigating the complexities of foreclosure, successfully completing over 189 short sale transactions.
