About Lori Cortright

From the ages of seven to ten, this real estate professional spent her childhood in Tripoli, Libya, where her father managed a radio station for the United States Air Force. During this formative period, she developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, forming lasting friendships with local children and sharing adventures with her siblings.

After twenty-one years of military service, her family settled in upstate New York, where they operated the Cadyville Community Store, a multifaceted establishment that included a grocery store, meat market, gas station, and gift shop. Her roots in New York run deep, particularly in Brooklyn's Park Slope, where she spent many vacations with her father's family. As a second-generation American, she cherishes her heritage, with her grandparents having immigrated from Ukraine through Ellis Island in 1900.

Upon graduating from high school in upstate New York, she moved to Los Angeles, California, where she worked at the Ambassador Hotel alongside entertainment legend Sammy Davis Jr. and later for the federal government. A vacation in Honolulu led to a three-year stay, during which she met her future husband, a nightclub entertainer and U.S. Navy serviceman. The couple eventually settled in Phoenix, Arizona, where she has resided ever since.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Public Administration from Western International University. Her extensive career with the federal government spans seventeen years, including notable roles at the U.S. Attorney's Office during the Manson trials and eight years as an Air Traffic Controller at both Phoenix-Litchfield and Tucson towers. It was during her time at Tucson Tower that she obtained her real estate license, followed by her broker's license, marking the beginning of a successful career in real estate that has seen her achieve multi-million dollar production for over two decades.

Despite the challenges of the current market, her passion for real estate remains unwavering. While her background and experience could easily lead her back to a federal position or academia, she finds fulfillment solely in her real estate career.

She is a proud mother of two accomplished sons, David Michael and Brett William, both of whom are married to talented women, Tiffany and Kim, whom she holds in high regard. Additionally, she is a grandmother to four grandchildren, with another on the way. An avid writer, she has authored a 900-page manuscript about her experiences in the federal government, which she hopes to publish.

Her specialty lies in her ability to navigate diverse markets, having successfully sold properties ranging from luxury homes to distressed assets. With extensive knowledge of Scottsdale, Sun City, and surrounding areas, she has experience as an REO agent and relocation specialist, with a current focus on short sales. She is dedicated to mentoring self-motivated new agents and remains accessible to those seeking to benefit from her wealth of real estate knowledge.

Maricopa County stands as Arizona's economic powerhouse and the fourth-largest county in the United States by population, creating one of the nation's most dynamic real estate markets. Home to Phoenix, Scottsdale, and numerous rapidly growing suburbs, this sprawling desert metropolis has transformed from a retirement destination into a thriving hub for technology companies, manufacturing, and young professionals seeking affordable alternatives to California's expensive coastal markets.

The county's real estate landscape reflects this dramatic growth, supported by an impressive network of 38,325 actively licensed agents—all of whom maintain current email contact information. This robust agent population serves a market characterized by diverse housing options, from luxury desert estates in Scottsdale to affordable starter homes in emerging communities like Surprise and Goodyear, creating opportunities across every price segment and buyer demographic.

Major Maricopa County, Arizona Real Estate Markets

Phoenix anchors the region as the fifth-largest city in America, with distinct neighborhoods like Central Phoenix experiencing urban revitalization while established areas like Ahwatukee maintain their suburban appeal. Scottsdale commands premium prices with its resort-style living and proximity to world-class golf courses, while Tempe benefits from Arizona State University's presence, driving consistent rental demand. Mesa, often overlooked despite being larger than Atlanta or Miami, offers exceptional value for families and has become a hotspot for California transplants.

The West Valley communities of Glendale, Peoria, and Avondale have emerged as major growth centers, attracting young families with new construction and master-planned communities. Meanwhile, the Southeast Valley cities of Chandler and Gilbert have evolved into technology corridors, with major employers like Intel and Microchip creating sustained housing demand. These diverse markets each require specialized knowledge, making local agent expertise invaluable for successful transactions.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Maricopa County's real estate market operates across multiple distinct climate zones and development patterns, from dense urban infill projects in downtown Phoenix to sprawling estate lots in Desert Mountain. The region's rapid population growth—adding over 100,000 residents annually—creates constant pressure on housing inventory, while seasonal migration patterns from colder states influence both sales and rental markets. This complexity requires agents to understand everything from HOA restrictions in age-restricted communities to water rights in rural areas.

The market's seasonality presents unique challenges and opportunities, with "snowbird" migration creating distinct busy periods from November through March, followed by a summer slowdown when temperatures exceed 110 degrees. Additionally, the prevalence of cash buyers, investment properties, and vacation homes creates transaction patterns unlike traditional residential markets, requiring agents who understand investor motivations and can navigate complex 1031 exchanges and multi-property portfolios.

Why Businesses Need Maricopa County, Arizona Agent Contact Data

The sheer scale of Maricopa County's agent network makes targeted outreach essential for service providers, technology companies, and financial institutions seeking to capture market share. With 38,325 agents generating thousands of monthly transactions, businesses offering everything from home inspection services to mortgage products need efficient ways to reach decision-makers across this vast geographic area. Email marketing remains the most cost-effective method for reaching agents who are constantly mobile between showings and client meetings.

Furthermore, Maricopa County's diverse market segments require tailored messaging strategies—luxury specialists in Paradise Valley have different needs than first-time buyer agents in Avondale. Having comprehensive contact data allows businesses to segment their outreach based on geographic specialization, transaction volume, or market focus, dramatically improving response rates and conversion potential while building lasting relationships in one of America's most important real estate markets.
