Lori Mills hails from a small town in East Texas, where her upbringing as the daughter of a business owner instilled in her a strong sense of integrity and ethical responsibility. Her parents emphasized the importance of community involvement and neighborly support, values that have guided her throughout her career. After completing high school in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Lori pursued a degree in Marketing at Dallas County Community Colleges.

In 1994, Lori's interest in commercial real estate was sparked during her tenure as a Marketing Assistant with Industrial brokers at Henry S. Miller Commercial. Recognizing her passion for the field, she obtained her real estate license and embarked on a career in commercial real estate. Lori continued with Miller Commercial for a year, where she managed retail shopping centers as an Assistant Property Manager. She then dedicated over a decade to The Staubach Company, a leading Tenant Representation firm in the United States. Initially, she served as a Marketing Assistant in the Design and Construction Division, focusing on Industrial and Office clients. Subsequently, she transitioned to the Corporate Services Division as an Executive Sales Assistant.

In 2007, Lori relocated to Glen Rose, Texas, after marrying her husband. This move led her to an opportunity with Lone Star Realty in Stephenville, Texas. Throughout her real estate journey, Lori has amassed extensive experience in marketing, sales, and customer service, catering to Office, Industrial, and Retail sectors. Additionally, she spent six years in the healthcare industry, excelling as a Business Development Specialist.
