About Lorie Pentifallo

Michelle commenced her real estate journey as an assistant to a leading team at FIRST in Real Estate in Tampa, Florida. After obtaining her real estate license, she gravitated towards property management, specializing in this area since 2003. Her dedication and expertise led her to quickly rise to the position of Head Property Manager, where she excelled as a top producer while also overseeing office operations, including administrative and personnel matters.

Recognized for her industry acumen, Michelle joined Exit Realty/Southern Heritage to manage their office and enhance their property management division.

In 2007, she established a partnership with First in Property Management, a division of First in Real Estate. Starting with just 28 units in a modest office, her business expanded to manage 100 units within the first year. Following her partner's retirement, Michelle obtained her Broker's license in 2009 and now oversees more than 200 properties from a 1,200 square foot facility, supported by a full staff. First in Property Management now operates as a DBA of First In Real Estate Services Inc.

Michelle attributes her achievements to her faith and the unique abilities she possesses. She is known for her exceptional communication skills and a customer service approach that emphasizes empathy and concern, ensuring the needs of both property owners and tenants are met. Notably, she receives numerous referrals from owners with multiple properties, who recommend her services to family and friends, as well as to local realtors from Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, Prudential Tropical, Exit Realty, and Remax.

Before her real estate career, Michelle managed in the grocery sector with Publix and Kash & Karry and ran a home-based business while raising her children. She is actively involved in her community, serving as a leader at her home church, Branch of Christ, and supporting initiatives like The Well and Hope for Children’s Home. Michelle collaborates closely with her husband, Joe, who is also a community leader and manager at Publix. Together, they have two children, Lauren and Collin, and two granddaughters, Aria Bel and Abree Ana.

Additionally, Michelle holds a LCAM designation and manages Homeowners Associations in the Hillsborough and Pasco areas, specializing in communities with 200 units or fewer to provide a more personalized service.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Pasco County, Florida, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, insurance providers, continuing education companies, and recruiters all rely on targeted agent data to drive new business — and a verified, county-level email list is the fastest way to get in front of the right professionals without wasting budget on statewide noise.

Whether you are prospecting for loan referrals, pitching a new transaction management tool, selling E&O coverage, or filling seats in a CE course, the Pasco County real estate agent email list connects you directly to licensed, active agents who operate in this specific market. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} agents carrying verified email addresses and {{CELL_COUNT}} records that also include a cell phone number, you have the contact depth to run serious multi-channel campaigns from day one.

Why Buy a Pasco County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record on this list is sourced directly from the Florida state real estate licensing board, which means you are working with agents who are confirmed active — not expired licensees scraped from an outdated directory. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is refreshed bi-annually to remove churned contacts before they damage your sender reputation. A 96% deliverability guarantee backs that process up, and with nearly two decades in business since 2005 and over 31,000 lists sold, this is not a vendor learning on your campaign.

Cheap list providers cut corners on verification and sell you recycled data that bounces at rates that get accounts flagged or banned. Dr Bill's data holds up inside cold-email platforms designed for outreach at scale — including Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, which pairs cleanly with this list format. When deliverability is guaranteed in writing, the economics of the campaign change entirely.

How to Use This Pasco County Agent List

The most immediate use is email outreach run through a dedicated cold-email platform like Zap Contact, where you can sequence touches, track opens, and follow up automatically without risking your primary domain. The same data supports direct mail drops and phone campaigns using the included cell numbers. You can also upload the list to LinkedIn for matched-audience advertising, layering social impressions on top of email for stronger recall.

Segmenting by broker versus sales agent lets you tailor messaging — brokers respond to different value propositions than solo agents, and treating them the same wastes creative effort. The list is available at state, county, city, and zip code level, and no other vendor offers zip-code-level segmentation within Pasco County itself, which means you can concentrate spend on exactly the submarkets that matter to your offer.

Why Pasco County, Florida Agent Data Matters

Pasco County covers a wide and active footprint that includes New Port Richey, Zephyrhills, Dade City, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, and Holiday — each with its own agent community and commercial character. Targeting this county specifically means your message reaches agents who are embedded in these communities and actively closing transactions there, rather than agents loosely associated with a metro region who may rarely work this geography.

With {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified active agents in the county, the opportunity to build relationships at a local level is substantial. When you buy Pasco County real estate agent email list data at this precision, you stop competing for attention against every vendor emailing every agent in Florida and start having the kind of focused conversations that generate real response rates and durable business relationships.
