About Lorielle Akintunde

I grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland Ohio and graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1999 with a Business degree in Marketing and Management Upon graduation I took a job as a marketing representative with Windsor Communities in Washington DC I was quickly promoted to Marketing Manager then Property Manager of a $6 million residential community in 2001 During my time as Property Manager I stabilized the marketing and maintenance operations after a strenuous new construction acquisition while building a cohesive and productive sales and maintenance team

After four successful years in Property Management I decided it was time to explore new opportunities In 2003 I began my real estate career and joined a $32 million urban boutique real estate agency firm in Washington DC I was promoted to Senior Sales Associate after just seven months of providing top agents with superior sales and administrative support My background in sales and client relations that I developed in property management have benefited my real estate clients I spent two years with the British Embassy in Washington as the Property Manager assisting with the purchase and sale of several million dollar estates as well as managing over 50 owned & 50 rental properties

My approach is to educate my clients on the buying/selling process as well market trends so that they are comfortable with making sound real estate decisions My personal philosophy is to always give my clients my very best while being courteous honest and sensitive to their specific needs I realized early on that I had a passion for real estate and helping people achieve their residential goals I regard referrals as the greatest compliment to my work I have been blessed to work mostly with referrals of former clients friends and family I look forward to assisting you with your residential needs
