Lorraine Brackin's career in sales began at an early age, when she operated a pop-up candy stand at her bus stop at just 11 years old. This entrepreneurial spirit later flourished as she became the owner and operator of six successful retail locations along the Gulf Coast. Her businesses garnered local media attention, and she was honored with a nomination for Women of the Year in Business in Pensacola.

Lorraine's passion for real estate was ignited by a memorable family experience: her grandfather's unexpected return from a milk run with a summer home on Long Island's East End. She pursued her education in business and politics at the University of Alabama, where she excelled in her first sales role, quickly becoming a top producer and receiving numerous accolades. Her determination and personable nature enabled her to achieve enough success within three years of graduation to open her first retail store.

Since relocating to the Gulf Coast in 1992, Lorraine has actively contributed to her community. Her commitment to service, coupled with her role as a mother, has inspired her to mentor young women, helping them recognize their potential and achieve success. She has also dedicated countless hours to the Parent-Teacher Organization, serving in various capacities, including secretary and president. Additionally, Lorraine has taught Sunday school and led the Pioneer Club, as well as serving as a Girl Scout camp leader.

Guided by a strong set of principles, Lorraine is dedicated to serving others and embraces the life she has cultivated through these values. Her keen intuition and commitment to service create a powerful foundation for her real estate career. Remarkably, Lorraine became a million-dollar producer within her first six months in the industry, achieving membership in the 100% Club during her inaugural year and consistently exceeding her goals thereafter.
