About Lotte Rogers

**The Viking Team** was founded in 2014 by sisters Lotte Rogers and Pia Ellison, with Jaybee Benitez joining later as a Buyer Specialist. This dynamic team of dedicated professionals is committed to representing clients' best interests in the real estate market. With over 40 years of combined experience, each member leverages their unique strengths to provide comprehensive service. When clients choose The Viking Team, they gain access to an entire team of real estate experts, not just a single agent.

Fluent in Danish, Spanish, Tagalog, and Cebuano, The Viking Team prioritizes customer satisfaction and aims for exceptional client representation, fostering professional growth and delivering tangible results.

The team proudly holds memberships in the prestigious RE/MAX Platinum Club and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, reflecting their commitment to excellence. They extend their gratitude to past, present, and future clients for their continued support.

**Meet the Team:**

**Lotte Rogers** arrived in the United States in 1994, initially working as an au pair in New York. Her adventurous spirit led her to Granada, where she appeared as an extra in the film *White Squall* alongside Jeff Bridges. After several years in New York, Lotte moved to Key West with plans for a sailing trip to New Zealand. However, love intervened when she met her daughter's father while working at Kelly’s restaurant. The couple relocated to South Tampa in 1999, where Lotte transitioned into real estate, obtaining her license in 2000.

In addition to her real estate career, Lotte co-founded Rattlesnake Point Outfitters, a bait and tackle shop and fishing guide service, which became known for organizing charity fishing tournaments. Although the business closed in 2007, Lotte remains passionate about philanthropy, having raised significant funds for various causes. Her daughter, Anna-Saphia, born in 2007, has inspired Lotte with her resilience following a leg amputation due to a genetic disorder. Lotte is known for her tenacity, candid approach, and commitment to educating clients, ensuring they make informed decisions. She is a long-time real estate owner in South Tampa and holds several professional designations, including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified New Home Specialist/Residential Construction Certified (CNHS/RCC).

**Pia Ellison** moved to Tampa in 2002 on a whim to visit Lotte and quickly fell in love with the city. After selling her condo in Copenhagen, she relocated permanently. Pia's diverse real estate experience includes property management for a beachfront estate, developing marketing plans for a real estate developer, and serving as a senior administrator for a high-volume real estate team. She has also played a key role in organizing charity fishing tournaments alongside Lotte.

With a degree in Economics and International Marketing, Pia has a strong background as a senior bookkeeper for a large international corporation. In her personal time, she enjoys outdoor activities, camping trips, music festivals, and DIY projects, including restoring her 1965 vintage camper. A proud homeowner in Seminole Heights, Pia is detail-oriented, persistent, and organized, making her a valuable asset to clients. She holds the designations of Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

**Jaybee Benitez**, originally from the Philippines, immigrated to the United States in 1993 and is fluent in Tagalog, Cebuano, and Spanish. After moving from Chicago to Florida over a decade ago, she now calls Tampa home. Jaybee shares a passion for real estate with her husband, and together they enjoy renovating properties.

With a commitment to excellence and a focus on client needs, The Viking Team is dedicated to achieving results that truly make a difference.

If you need direct access to active real estate professionals in the Tampa metro area, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, insurance providers, continuing education companies, and real estate recruiters all rely on targeted agent data to drive outreach campaigns that actually reach decision-makers. Whether you're launching a new product, growing a referral network, or filling a brokerage pipeline, a verified agent email list removes the guesswork and puts you in front of the right contacts immediately.

When you buy Hillsborough County real estate agent email list data from Dr. Bill, you're getting {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file. That combination gives sales teams multiple touchpoints — email, SMS, and voice — without having to stitch together data from multiple vendors. We've sold over 31,000 lists since 2005, and this isn't a side project — it's what we do.

Why Buy a Hillsborough County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the Florida state real estate licensing board, so you're not buying scraped web data or recycled CSV files assembled from who knows where. New agent emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is rebuilt from scratch twice a year. That process is why we can back the data with a 96% deliverability guarantee — something the cheap list vendors on eBay and Fiverr simply cannot offer.

Data quality determines campaign ROI. A list with 20% bounce rates will damage your sender reputation and kill your deliverability across all future campaigns. Our verification process is designed specifically to protect your domain while maximizing inbox placement. You're not just buying contacts — you're protecting the infrastructure your outreach depends on.

How to Use This Hillsborough County Agent List

The most common use case is cold email outreach through platforms like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com), which is built specifically for high-volume B2B email campaigns and integrates cleanly with this type of licensed-professional data. Beyond email, this list supports direct mail drops, phone and SMS campaigns, and LinkedIn audience matching by uploading emails directly into Campaign Manager. Each channel reinforces the others and increases overall conversion rates across your funnel.

You can also segment the list by broker versus individual sales agent, which matters if you're pitching a product that needs brokerage-level buy-in versus one that sells directly to agents. No other vendor provides Hillsborough County data segmented down to the zip code level — that granularity lets you run hyper-local campaigns by neighborhood or territory rather than blasting the entire county.

Why Hillsborough County, Florida Agent Data Matters

Hillsborough County covers Tampa, Brandon, Plant City, Temple Terrace, and dozens of surrounding communities — one of the most active real estate markets in the southeastern United States. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents operating across this geography, the opportunity for targeted outreach is substantial, and the density of agents justifies a dedicated county-level campaign rather than diluting your budget across a statewide list.

Local targeting beats statewide blasts every time when relevance drives response. An agent working in Riverview has different referral partners, market pressures, and service needs than one working in Clearwater. This list is available at the state, county, city, and zip code level, so you can match your outreach precisely to the territory your business actually serves.
