About Lotte Rogers

**The Viking Team** was founded in 2014 by sisters Lotte Rogers and Pia Ellison, with Jaybee Benitez joining later as a Buyer Specialist. This dynamic team of dedicated professionals is committed to representing clients' best interests in the real estate market. With over 40 years of combined experience, each member leverages their unique strengths to provide comprehensive service. When clients choose The Viking Team, they gain access to an entire team of real estate experts, not just a single agent.

Fluent in Danish, Spanish, Tagalog, and Cebuano, The Viking Team prioritizes customer satisfaction and aims for exceptional client representation, fostering professional growth and delivering tangible results.

The team proudly holds memberships in the prestigious RE/MAX Platinum Club and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, reflecting their commitment to excellence. They extend their gratitude to past, present, and future clients for their continued support.

**Meet the Team:**

**Lotte Rogers** arrived in the United States in 1994, initially working as an au pair in New York. Her adventurous spirit led her to Granada, where she appeared as an extra in the film *White Squall* alongside Jeff Bridges. After several years in New York, Lotte moved to Key West with plans for a sailing trip to New Zealand. However, love intervened when she met her daughter's father while working at Kelly’s restaurant. The couple relocated to South Tampa in 1999, where Lotte transitioned into real estate, obtaining her license in 2000.

In addition to her real estate career, Lotte co-founded Rattlesnake Point Outfitters, a bait and tackle shop and fishing guide service, which became known for organizing charity fishing tournaments. Although the business closed in 2007, Lotte remains passionate about philanthropy, having raised significant funds for various causes. Her daughter, Anna-Saphia, born in 2007, has inspired Lotte with her resilience following a leg amputation due to a genetic disorder. Lotte is known for her tenacity, candid approach, and commitment to educating clients, ensuring they make informed decisions. She is a long-time real estate owner in South Tampa and holds several professional designations, including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified New Home Specialist/Residential Construction Certified (CNHS/RCC).

**Pia Ellison** moved to Tampa in 2002 on a whim to visit Lotte and quickly fell in love with the city. After selling her condo in Copenhagen, she relocated permanently. Pia's diverse real estate experience includes property management for a beachfront estate, developing marketing plans for a real estate developer, and serving as a senior administrator for a high-volume real estate team. She has also played a key role in organizing charity fishing tournaments alongside Lotte.

With a degree in Economics and International Marketing, Pia has a strong background as a senior bookkeeper for a large international corporation. In her personal time, she enjoys outdoor activities, camping trips, music festivals, and DIY projects, including restoring her 1965 vintage camper. A proud homeowner in Seminole Heights, Pia is detail-oriented, persistent, and organized, making her a valuable asset to clients. She holds the designations of Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

**Jaybee Benitez**, originally from the Philippines, immigrated to the United States in 1993 and is fluent in Tagalog, Cebuano, and Spanish. After moving from Chicago to Florida over a decade ago, she now calls Tampa home. Jaybee shares a passion for real estate with her husband, and together they enjoy renovating properties.

With a commitment to excellence and a focus on client needs, The Viking Team is dedicated to achieving results that truly make a difference.

Hillsborough County's real estate market stands as one of Florida's most dynamic and complex ecosystems, serving over 1.4 million residents across a diverse geographic landscape that spans from urban Tampa to rural eastern communities. The market's remarkable growth trajectory has attracted a substantial professional workforce, with 30,898 total actively licensed agents operating throughout the county, creating one of the most competitive real estate environments in the Southeast.

What makes this market particularly compelling is its accessibility and connectivity – all 30,898 agents maintain email contact information, reflecting the tech-savvy nature of Tampa Bay's real estate professionals. This digital infrastructure supports rapid communication and transaction processing across a market that handles everything from downtown high-rise condominiums to sprawling suburban developments and historic bungalows in established neighborhoods.

Major Hillsborough County, Florida Real Estate Markets

Tampa dominates the county's real estate landscape as the third-largest city in Florida, with distinct submarkets ranging from the revitalized downtown core and trendy Hyde Park to family-oriented Westchase and New Tampa. Plant City anchors the eastern agricultural region while maintaining its own residential growth patterns, and Temple Terrace offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern development near the University of South Florida corridor.

The county's geographic diversity creates fascinating market variations – waterfront properties along Tampa Bay command premium prices, while communities like Riverview, Valrico, and Brandon represent some of the fastest-growing suburban markets in the state. Emerging areas such as Fishhawk Ranch and Lithia have transformed from rural landscapes into master-planned communities, creating entirely new market dynamics that didn't exist a decade ago.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Hillsborough County's real estate market operates across multiple price points and property types simultaneously, from luxury waterfront estates exceeding $2 million to affordable starter homes in developing corridors. The market benefits from Tampa's role as a major employment hub, with significant job growth in technology, healthcare, and finance driving consistent housing demand across diverse price ranges and geographic areas.

Seasonal fluctuations remain less pronounced than in other Florida markets due to the area's year-round resident population and strong local economy. However, the market faces unique challenges including rapid population growth, infrastructure development needs, and varying flood zone considerations that create distinct micro-markets within neighborhoods. These complexities require deep local knowledge that only experienced area agents possess.

Why Businesses Need Hillsborough County, Florida Agent Contact Data

The concentration of 30,898 licensed agents creates unprecedented opportunities for businesses serving the real estate industry, from mortgage lenders and title companies to home improvement contractors and moving services. This large professional network processes thousands of transactions monthly, generating consistent demand for specialized services, technology solutions, and professional development resources across the entire Tampa Bay region.

Having direct email access to this entire agent network enables businesses to efficiently target specific market segments, whether focusing on luxury specialists in South Tampa, new construction experts in developing suburbs, or commercial agents handling the county's expanding business districts. The market's diversity means agents regularly seek partnerships with vendors who understand local market conditions and can provide targeted solutions for their clients' varied needs.
