My name is Lucas Muenchow I was born and raised in ever-growing Garrett County Maryland I attended West Virginia University and graduated cum laude with bachelor's degrees in business management and entrepreneurship In the summer catch me out on a boat wake surfing relaxing and hanging out with friends Nothing makes a smile brighter than sunshine!

I enjoy taking my dog Murphy for hikes at the picturesque state parks in the area In the winter I love going snowboarding and riding snowmobiles around the lake My grandfather Al Lemley from Pittsburgh PA vacationed here for many years and eventually built his own various properties around the lake He developed several communities that are still around today!

My parents liked it so much they too decided to move to the area permanently I grew up near Swallow Falls State Park My parents purchased and renovated The Garrett Inn motel Real estate runs in my blood and growing up and watching my family achieve all their success in real estate has driven me to do the same
