About Luis Bello

Luis G. Bello has been actively involved in the real estate and finance sectors since 1990, when he began buying, selling, and managing his own investment properties. He also operates a tax practice, where he has prepared personal and business income tax returns for over 175 clients annually.

In 1995, Luis expanded his expertise by becoming a mortgage broker, and he established his own mortgage brokerage firm, which he ran from 2004 to 2010. He entered the real estate field as a Realtor/Broker's assistant in 2004 and obtained his real estate license in 2008. By 2011, he had achieved the status of real estate broker.

Luis further distinguished himself by earning the Graduate Realtor Designation from the National Association of Realtors in 2012 and the Golden Key Certification for excellence in professionalism from the Orlando Regional Realtor Association in 2016. In 2015, he began originating loans, and by 2017, he launched the mortgage broker wholesale division under Action Plus Financial Services.

Today, Luis leads a comprehensive real estate and mortgage brokerage that encompasses both commercial and residential sectors.
