After earning her degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego in just three years, Lydia co-founded CollegeClub.com. As the head of Information Technologies, she played a pivotal role in transforming it into the largest and most successful online platform for college students at the time. In 1997, she transitioned to real estate, expanding her investment portfolio across seven states.

Lydia's achievements have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the prestigious 5 Star Agent award from San Diego Magazine and a ranking in the top 5% of all San Diego agents, as reported by the San Diego Union Tribune.
