Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University, obtained in 1986. She began her career in finance as a Financial Consultant with Shearson Lehman Brothers from 1988 to 1992, where she completed the School of Investment Management and earned certifications in Guided Portfolio Management, Series 7, Futures & Commodities, and Annuities Insurance. Lynn obtained her Utah Real Estate Agent License in August 1992, followed by Title Insurance Licensing in 1998 and Real Estate Broker Licensing in 1999. She founded Town & Country Apollo Properties in 1999 and has continued her professional development through ongoing education in real estate and insurance.

**Professional Experience**
Before entering real estate, Lynn served as an LDS missionary and gained valuable skills in retail management and auto sales with Toyota. She has also worked in residential construction and was a registered representative on the New York Stock Exchange. Lynn has been a licensed insurance agent since 1989.
