About Lynn Garza

Since 1990, Lynn has shared a fulfilling marriage with her husband, Rolly. They are proud parents to Matthew, a 26-year-old aspiring licensed appraiser married to Kacie, and Gracie, a 22-year-old college graduate with a BA in Business Management who is pursuing a career in buying. The couple is also delighted to have two grandchildren, Kamden and Blake.

Lynn values honesty, integrity, and professionalism, which motivated her to join the Windermere team. With a robust background as a Real Estate Appraiser, she possesses unique insights and qualifications that enhance her market expertise. Her commitment to community service is evident through her involvement on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity, where she finds great fulfillment in giving back to the community.

As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Lynn is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert and a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Together with Rolly, she operates Accredited Appraisal Services, specializing in both residential and commercial property appraisals.
