Lynn Harmonay has been a resident of Chappaqua and Croton-on-Hudson for over two decades. Originally from New York City and raised in Westchester, she possesses an in-depth understanding of the region. A licensed Realtor since 1987, Lynn has successfully listed and sold properties in both New York City and Westchester, bringing extensive expertise in relocation and real estate investment to her clients.

As President of Harmonay Marketing Inc., Lynn provides real estate consulting services to individuals and corporations, specializing in property acquisition and analysis.
