She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1999 with a double bachelor's degree and subsequently married her husband, who introduced her to the luxury real estate sector. Their journey took them to Las Vegas during a period of significant market growth, prompting Margie to obtain her Nevada real estate license in 2001, followed by her broker's license the next year.
