Over the past decade Maisha Fair has executed numerous community and business partnerships with Private Corporations and non-profit agencies including providing business customer relations


She is a pioneer in the community development genre as she has been responsible for numerous service activities and community outreach initiatives and events throughout Maricopa County She has received great satisfaction in finding ways to help those who have found themselves in tough situations

Not until 2007 did she decided to take those experiences and start a career in Real Estate and continue serving the community “My goal was to grow minority and women homeownership in Arizona however I had to quickly add helping Homeowners save their homes from foreclosure in Arizona and Maricopa County”

Maisha holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management backed with many years of experiences as a Regional Marketing Manager with AT&T and Cingular Wireless with an emphasis in the Hispanic Market have afforded her a unique set of experiences that have allowed Maisha to work with many diverse people in the community
