About Malihe Karimi

Malihe, originally from Tehran, Iran, relocated to Tampa, Florida, in the late 1970s, where she met her late husband, Paul, a dedicated pilot with the U.S. Marines. After Paul's retirement in 1990, the couple moved to Singapore and subsequently to Hong Kong. It was in Hong Kong that Malihe embarked on her real estate career, gaining invaluable experience in one of the world's most competitive markets, particularly known for its ultra-luxury real estate sales.

Upon returning to the United States in 2000, Malihe continued her real estate journey in the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, where she distinguished herself by ranking in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide. With a deep appreciation for the Florida lifestyle, Malihe and Paul, who enjoyed Longboat Key as second homeowners, made the decision to return to Florida in 2012. She has since thrived at the Longboat Key South office of Michael Saunders & Company.

Malihe holds a Liberal Arts degree from the former Pahlavi University in Tehran and is fluent in both English and Farsi, with conversational proficiency in French. She and Paul raised three sons together. In honor of Paul's memory, Malihe cherishes the activities they enjoyed during their 34 years of marriage, including beach outings, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and traveling.
