Marcela discovered the charm of Central Virginia during a visit to her in-laws' farm in 2004. Over the subsequent four years, she and her husband, a native of Orange County, frequently escaped from New York City to this picturesque region. In 2008, they made the decision to permanently relocate to Charlottesville, where they now reside just west of the city with their two young children.

With a decade of experience in program and administration management at the United Nations in New York City and internationally, Marcela has developed strong multitasking and organizational skills. Her background in marketing and public relations further enhances her capabilities in the residential real estate market. Fluent in Slovak, Czech, Russian, and English, she also has a solid understanding of several additional languages.
