In 2004, she transitioned to a role as a buyer's representative and listing agent with ReMax Assured Properties. By 2008, she had earned her Associate Broker's license and GRI designation. In 2010, Peg became a partner at Charlottesville Solutions, a newly established firm led by principal broker Charles McDonald.

Peg has actively contributed to the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR), where she currently serves on the Board of Directors for a three-year term. Before her real estate career, Peg spent nearly a decade in investment banking and corporate money management in New York City.
