About Margie Dunn

Margie currently holds the position of President of the Neuse River Region Association of Realtors® (NRRAR) for 2019, having previously served as President in 2018. Her involvement with NRRAR spans several years, including four years on the Education Committee and four years as a member of the Board of Directors. Margie is deeply committed to her community, actively participating in initiatives such as RCS Flood Relief and Stuff the Bus.

As the Certified Relocation Coordinator, Margie has successfully developed and managed the relocation department at Neuse Realty Referral Company, where she also serves as the Broker in Charge. On a personal note, Margie is a lifelong resident of New Bern. She has two daughters: Brooke, who is married to Jonathan Ipock and is raising their children, Jensen and Emersyn, in Caton, NC; and Stacey, who is married to Charlie Newell and is expecting their first child in April, residing in Fort Barnwell. Margie cherishes her close-knit family relationships and feels grateful for their strong bonds. Alongside her husband, Randall Dunn, she is an active member of Temple Baptist Church, enjoying their involvement in a vibrant and growing ministry.
