I am so happy to have chosen the Richmond Virginia area as my home 17 years ago In 2002 two years after I made Midlothian my home I decided to get my real estate license and have never looked back I chose a career in real estate in order to use my experience in sales and marketing and my degree in business administration from Salem College However the driving force for my choice was my enjoyment of working with people Selling and purchasing a home is a very personal experience I love connecting with people on a personal level and this combined with my training and education has allowed me to find success in this field
I truly enjoy my work and am have experienced the market at every point from the boom in the early 2000's to the bust in 2007-2008 to todays market of recovery Each of these markets have afforded me knowledge and experience that assists me with each and every client
I have learned over the years that no two transactions are the same each client brings something very different to the table and that my job is to work to understand my clients needs so that I can individualize my efforts to offer a great experience
