Maria Fairchild has been a dedicated member of the Northwest Arkansas community for over twenty years. She became part of Lindsey and Associates in February 2009, following her tenure as a commercial leasing agent at Pinnacle Hills Corporate Park. Maria holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Her professional background includes a decade at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, where she gained extensive experience in Retail Management, Human Resources, Public Relations, and Marketing. In May 2000, she relocated to Northwest Arkansas after being recruited by Walmart, where she contributed to the Walmart Foundation and International Corporate Affairs.

Maria is committed to assisting clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly families moving to the area. Her expertise encompasses Commercial Sales and Corporate/Executive Relocations. As a Certified Agent, she has successfully managed numerous employee transfers and international relocations for Walmart and its key suppliers, collaborating with organizations such as SIRVA Capital Relocation and Brookfield.
