Originally from Ukraine, where private property ownership was restricted, Maria's interest in real estate blossomed after her family relocated to the United States. While pursuing her degree at USC’s Marshall School of Business, she secured a prestigious internship with a national homebuilder in Las Vegas, which led to a full-time position. The satisfaction of handing keys to thrilled clients solidified her passion for real estate and client service.

Maria has held her salesperson license since 2004 and has navigated various market cycles. After obtaining her broker’s license in 2009, she operated her own agency in the Bay Area. Her extensive experience equips her to handle even the most complex situations, including assisting clients in buying and selling during the pandemic, successfully negotiating in competitive markets, and facilitating the relocation of multigenerational families into cohesive communities.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Maria enjoys spending time with her active daughters, Sasha and Sofia, and her husband, Jeff. Since 1992, she has called the Bay Area home and appreciates all it has to offer.
