Maria Elena Ponce, affectionately known as Malena to her family and close friends, was born on April 17, 1987, in Estado de Mexico, Mexico. At the age of seven, her family made the pivotal decision to migrate to the United States, seeking greater opportunities. As the eldest of six siblings, she embraced values of responsibility and accountability, which have profoundly influenced her personal and professional life, including her journey in real estate.

In March 2015, Maria Elena discovered her passion for real estate and promptly obtained her license. She began assisting friends and family in achieving the American Dream of homeownership. Following her success in the field and her journey as a single mother to three daughters—Dalia, Elena, and Camila—Maria Elena recognized her true calling: to empower others by helping them secure their dream homes and providing the same opportunities she had experienced in real estate.
