Maria Powell started her Real Estate career in 1999 in Tucson AZ In 2001 she received her ABR designation and in 2003 she received her Arizona Brokers License
In 2004 she started working as a trainer with the Arizona Region for a national franchisor she coached Real Estate brokers and agents in office management and technology using website tools to increase business She was responsible for 47 offices around the state and in 2005 she became the AZ Regional Director for the franchisor
In 2006 she founded Women's Alliance a national group to help and support women to succeed in the Real Estate business and contribute to the community
In 2007 she opened her own brokerage Due to the distressed market she was very successful in helping home buyers and sellers through the short sale process She also handled REOs for numerous banks and asset management companies She has completed many training programs for distressed sellers and earned her CDPE and REO' Specialist Designation
