Marianne, a native of Charlevoix, Michigan, cultivated a deep appreciation for waterfront living during her formative years. Following her education, she co-founded a luxury residential construction firm, where she honed her skills in understanding client needs and translating them into bespoke home designs.

With over twenty-five years of experience in conceptual design, new construction, and real estate sales, Marianne has successfully owned and operated her own construction company and served as Chief Operating Officer for various firms. Throughout her career, she has acquired and renovated numerous properties, gaining invaluable insights into the housing market.

In late 2022, Marianne and her husband, Michael, relocated to Southwest Florida, eager to leverage their expertise in detail-oriented sales and customer service within the real estate sector. She has also played a pivotal role in mentoring sales teams, focusing on customer engagement and fostering lasting connections with clients.

Having embraced the waterfront lifestyle, Marianne is well-equipped to assist clients in finding their ideal properties for lake living, gulf-access boating, back-bay fishing, kayaking, water skiing, or wake surfing.

She has served on the board of directors for Fishing Has No Boundaries, directed youth events for the National Professional Anglers Association for six years, and has been a dedicated contributor to the Make-A-Wish Foundation since 2009.
