About Marilisa Vergottini

Hello and welcome! I’m Marilisa I moved to the United States in 2010 where I gave birth to two beautifully energetic littles James (10) and Siena (8) and I’ve been a Kirkland resident ever since I have two very aloof cats Finlay and Poppy and a buoyant Golden Retriever called Bailey Don’t be reeled in by my British accent I’m actually a born and bred Italian hailing from Lake Como but I graduated from University in England after which I met my husband Matt while we both were working in TV I have had a long love affair with homes so I suppose it was only natural that I would end up forging an entrepreneurial career in real estate eventually I absolutely love it!

Here are some facts you may not know about me: I used to read the sports news on local radio in Oxford I was an aspiring ballet dancer and amateur actress I have an elephant’s memory (except when it comes to movies & history dates which I forget instantly) and predictably I have a penchant for good pizza and a hearty plate of pasta I am also a published writer in the Huffington Post and my previous longtime career was in IT with Microsoft When I’m not selling real estate or busy being a mama you will find the fashionista in me at Nordstrom at home renovating our Kirkland farmhouse or practicing yoga at Bala The only activity that truly relaxes me is gardening That is where I find my true Zen

My ambition in this business To be of service My role as a Realtor is to educate and help my clients in all the ways available to me in order to see them realize their very unique and personal ambitions It’s what this job is all about and it is also what drives me to be the very best in this business

I hope we’ll get to meet in person soon – meanwhile happy browsing!

King County, Washington stands as one of the Pacific Northwest's most dynamic and complex real estate markets, anchored by Seattle's tech-driven economy and stretching from Puget Sound's waterfront communities to the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. With 8,434 actively licensed real estate agents serving the region, this market reflects both the opportunities and challenges of a geography that encompasses everything from million-dollar waterfront estates in Medina to suburban family homes in Renton and rural properties in the eastern reaches of the county.

The sheer density of real estate professionals—all 8,434 agents maintaining current email contact information—speaks to the market's intensity and the sophisticated level of service required to navigate King County's diverse neighborhoods. From the urban condominiums of Belltown to the historic charm of Georgetown, agents here must understand micro-markets that can vary dramatically within just a few miles, making local expertise absolutely crucial for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

Major King County, Washington Real Estate Markets

Seattle dominates the county's real estate landscape, but the market extends far beyond the Emerald City's boundaries to include established suburban centers like Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland on the Eastside, each commanding premium prices due to proximity to major tech employers. The South Sound communities of Federal Way, Kent, and Auburn offer more affordable entry points while still providing access to the region's employment centers, creating distinct investor and first-time buyer segments that savvy agents actively cultivate.

What surprises many newcomers is how significantly markets can differ between areas like Vashon Island's rural residential properties and the high-rise luxury market in downtown Bellevue, or between the artist communities in Georgetown and the executive estates of Sammamish. These variations create specialized niches where agents develop deep expertise in specific property types, price ranges, and buyer demographics, from international investors seeking Seattle penthouses to families relocating from other tech hubs.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

King County's real estate market operates with unique seasonal patterns influenced by the region's tech industry hiring cycles, university schedules from the University of Washington, and the infamous Pacific Northwest weather. The market typically sees spring surges that extend later into summer than most regions, while winter months bring opportunities for serious buyers willing to compete with fewer bidders, particularly in the luxury segments around Lake Washington and the high-end neighborhoods of Queen Anne and Capitol Hill.

Geographic constraints including Puget Sound, Lake Washington, and steep topography create natural boundaries that limit inventory and drive competition, while zoning restrictions and environmental considerations add layers of complexity that require agents to stay current on municipal regulations across dozens of different jurisdictions within the county. This complexity explains why successful agents often specialize in specific cities or neighborhoods rather than attempting to cover the entire county market.

Why Businesses Need King County, Washington Agent Contact Data

Mortgage lenders, home service providers, and real estate technology companies find King County's agent network particularly valuable because these professionals handle some of the highest-value transactions in the Pacific Northwest while serving clients who demand cutting-edge tools and services. The concentration of tech-savvy buyers and sellers means agents here quickly adopt new platforms, making them ideal early adopters for innovative real estate solutions and premium service offerings.

Having direct email access to all 8,434 licensed agents enables businesses to efficiently reach decision-makers in a market where agents frequently collaborate on complex transactions, refer clients for specialized services, and seek vendors who understand the unique demands of King County's fast-paced, high-stakes real estate environment. This comprehensive contact database becomes essential for any company serious about establishing a foothold in one of America's most influential regional real estate markets.
