About Marilyn Griffin

Tim and Marilyn Griffin have built a distinguished real estate career on Florida's Treasure Coast, marked by their commitment to both residential and commercial properties. Marilyn initiated her journey in real estate with Century 21 in 1992, and Tim joined her in 1997, together establishing "The Griffin Team."

Tim holds a degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University, where he also played as a catcher on the baseball team for two years. Marilyn graduated from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania, where she was part of the first class of women, earning a degree in Psychology and Business. The couple first crossed paths in 1980 while working in the hospitality sector in Fort Lauderdale. After marrying in 1981, they sought a more balanced lifestyle away from the fast pace of the city and fell in love with Stuart, Florida, where they relocated in 1983 and successfully launched a couple of restaurants.

Desiring a more stable lifestyle and drawing on their extensive experience in customer service, Tim and Marilyn transitioned into real estate—a decision they have never regretted. They take great pride in facilitating successful transactions, having collectively closed over $300 million in sales across Martin, St. Lucie, and Palm Beach Counties. Their guiding principle is that “no job is too big or too small.”

Outside of their professional endeavors, Tim and Marilyn enjoy golfing, boating, fishing, and traveling. Their extensive travels throughout the United States, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, and Europe have enriched their ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
