Throughout her career, Marissa has successfully sold and overseen new home subdivisions and provided consultancy to builders nationwide on pricing strategies and project feasibility. Her impressive track record includes facilitating over $200 million in residential real estate transactions.

Her areas of expertise encompass residential sales and purchases, feasibility assessments for new home projects, market analysis across various investment types, as well as sales and marketing strategies, pricing, and forecasting.

Before co-founding Fit Properties, Marissa held the position of Senior Consultant at a real estate advisory firm, where she provided strategic consulting services to executives, builders, banks, and private investors, focusing on feasibility studies for their real estate initiatives. Additionally, she managed new home sales for a regional builder across eight neighborhoods, overseeing pricing, marketing, and the planning and development of future projects. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
