Mark Hearn has been a prominent figure in Southern California's real estate landscape since 1986. As a licensed Commercial Real Estate Salesperson and Certified Residential Appraiser, he has built a diverse portfolio of clients, including major financial institutions such as Bank of America, J.P. Morgan Chase, Northern Trust, Union Bank, and U.S. Trust. His expertise lies primarily in investment properties, commercial and retail spaces, and corporate real estate.

In addition to his extensive experience, Mark has provided expert testimony in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, as well as in probate and divorce settlements for the Los Angeles Superior Court. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Mark is also the President of Hearn Quality Appraisal Inc., a well-regarded appraisal firm based in Long Beach. His previous roles include serving as Chief Appraiser for Home Savings and Loan and as a wholesale review appraiser for Washington Mutual Bank. He has also contributed his skills to Marcus & Millichap in their Newport Beach office, specializing in commercial real estate leasing and sales. Mark joined Keller Williams Commercial in 2014.

Residing in Long Beach with his fiancée, Sherri, and their four German Shepherds, Mark continues to be an influential player in the real estate sector, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to serve his clients effectively.
