Mark embarked on his real estate journey in 1984 at the age of 19, establishing a business founded on integrity and diligence. Today, "Kniffing Land and Homes" operates as a family-owned enterprise. In 1990, Mark's wife, Jennifer, joined the team, overseeing all marketing and advertising efforts. Their son, Keller, became a full-time realtor in 2011, earning praise for his client interactions and often exceeding expectations. In 2017, Mark's daughter, Makenna, also joined the family business, taking charge of marketing and advertising. That same year, Tyler Smith, Mark's son-in-law, came on board to assist buyers and sellers in navigating the real estate landscape through Mark's established methods and mentoring approach.
