Mark is a seasoned professional with deep roots in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley, having lived in the area for most of his life. His family relocated to the desert in 1970, where his father became one of the founding physicians at Eisenhower Medical Center. After completing his college education, Mark returned to the Coachella Valley and served as a Deputy Sheriff and Investigator with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. His dedication to public service earned him the Lifesaving Award in 1996, and he also held the position of Public Information Officer, where he represented the department in interviews on major networks such as CNN and Fox News.

Following his tenure with the Sheriff's Department, Mark transitioned to the private sector as Vice President of Municipal Marketing for Waste Management, where he was recognized in the company's Circle of Excellence in 2000. He then took on a significant role with the City of Indio as the Assistant to the City Manager and Public Information Officer. In this capacity, he developed the City’s Homeless Policy and led training sessions on emergency preparedness, including a highly praised citywide earthquake drill.

After navigating a series of personnel changes within the City, Mark pursued his passion for real estate and obtained his license. He has since built a successful career, leading his own real estate team and serving as Regional Director for the Lucido Agency at Keller Williams. During his time with the agency, he played a pivotal role in expanding its presence across the western United States.
