Mark Baker obtained his real estate license prior to completing high school, quickly transitioning into a full-time REALTOR® after gaining experience in his family's construction business. At the age of 21, he established his own real estate firm, which has since grown to become the largest independent real estate company in Lenawee County, employing over 30 agents across two offices.

Baker is actively involved in both state and national REALTOR® associations, having held various leadership roles. He served as President of the Lenawee County Association of REALTORS® in 2007 and 2011, and was honored as REALTOR® of the Year in both 2008 and 2014. In 2014, he also received the distinction of Michigan REALTOR® of the Year.
