Following his studies, he spent nine years as the General Manager of an upscale hotel, where he refined his skills in customer service and event project management.

In 1997, Mark expanded his expertise by becoming a Licensed General Contractor. This experience allowed him to build and remodel numerous homes, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the homebuilding process.
