Liz and Mark established their partnership in 2009 and have since launched their own real estate firm, leveraging over 25 years of combined experience in the Central Coast market. Liz's professional journey began in Chicago, where she specialized in commercial real estate and property management. After obtaining her broker's license, she relocated to California following her graduation from Loyola Law School.

Mark has called the Central Coast home since 1994. With a background in commercial fishing and boat rigging, he embodies a strong work ethic and is dedicated to achieving his clients' objectives. Their commitment to client satisfaction is reflected in the fact that over 95% of their business comes from repeat clients and referrals.

Both Liz and Mark hold the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation, demonstrating their expertise in navigating short sales and assisting clients in avoiding foreclosure.
