As a lifelong resident of San Francisco, Marla has an intimate understanding of the city’s diverse neighborhoods and distinctive architectural styles. Her deep connection to real estate is influenced by her grandfather, a Swiss-Italian immigrant and builder-contractor who played a pivotal role in developing the Marina/Cow Hollow District. From a young age, Marla honed her skills in real estate investment, leasing, and management under the guidance of her uncle.

Marla’s enthusiasm for her profession is evident; she purchased her first home at just 25 and has been actively investing in San Francisco real estate ever since. Today, she is recognized as one of the city’s leading agents, adeptly representing buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across San Francisco and Marin counties. Her expertise spans various property types, including Tenancy in Common (TIC) units, condominiums, single-family homes, multi-unit apartments, and mixed-use buildings.

Committed to providing comprehensive service, Marla collaborates with a team of seasoned architects, designers, stagers, and technicians. Outside of her real estate endeavors, Marla enjoys staying active, exploring new dining experiences, wine tasting, attending theater performances, and spending quality time with her two Bichon Frises, Calvin and Lulu. An accomplished ultra-runner, she has completed the Western States 100-mile endurance run in a single day. Marla holds a double major from the University of California, Davis, and currently resides in a set of flats in Cow Hollow.
