About Marsue Williams

Marsue Williams, a proud Dallas native, is an accomplished real estate professional with deep roots in the community. She graduated from North Dallas High School and earned her degree from the University of North Texas in Denton. Following her graduation, she dedicated twelve years to education, teaching in both the Dallas Independent School District and the Van Alstyne Independent School District.

With over 29 years of experience in real estate, Ms. Williams began her career in the late 1970s, successfully selling more than 40 farms and ranches across Collin and Grayson counties. Her contributions to the industry include playing a key role in establishing the McKinney Realtors Association and contributing to the development of the Downtown McKinney Historic District.

Since 1982, Ms. Williams has been actively engaged in the design, co-development, leasing, management, and sale of over 800,000 square feet of commercial, retail, and multifamily properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She achieved notable recognition as the top producer in retail leases for Westover Realty Inc. in 1987 and 1988. In 1988, she founded Touchstone Realty Advisors, a residential brokerage focused on executive homes in the Dallas market.

Since 2004, Ms. Williams has consistently been recognized as a Pinnacle Producer with Allie Beth Allman & Associates, the highest achievement level within the firm, and has served as Vice President. Currently, her primary focus is on marketing executive residential properties in the Dallas area.
